As a Campus Brand Ambassador, you will connect with your peers, enhancing the Red Bull image and fostering product awareness within your university and surrounding areas. Your mission is to engage new consumers, energize fellow students, boost sales, and manage the Red Bull presence on campus. This role involves direct interactions with consumers, encouraging product trials, and participating in Red Bull events to create memorable experiences. We seek individuals who prefer a flexible work schedule over traditional hours and thrive in a creative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include:

  • Embody the brand's personality and values, ensuring premium representation through daily interactions with consumers and customers.
    Expand the user base by promoting product trials and increasing awareness of Red Bull through strategic sampling efforts.
    Develop and implement a customized campus engagement plan that brings the brand to life at your university.
    Cultivate a robust network by establishing and nurturing relationships with key local influencers.
    Enhance brand engagement on your social media platforms with authentic content.
    Participate in Red Bull events and support activities to deliver an unforgettable brand experience.
  • Collaborate with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull's visibility and availability in outlets.
    Work with sales teams to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university and beyond.
    Utilize relevant Red Bull assets to maintain brand prominence in sales accounts.
    Ensure adherence to defined store standards.
  • Demonstrate excellence in execution and attention to detail across all responsibilities.
    Share insights and collaborate with the team through regular interactions, both in-person and online.
    Plan and report your activities using the designated online platform with accuracy and timeliness.
    Contribute to the development of Red Bull's media business by providing local insights and identifying opportunities.
  • Currently enrolled at a university in the specified city.
  • Possess a charismatic, energetic, and outgoing personality.
  • Deeply engaged in student life with a comprehensive understanding of the university, city, and region, including popular activities and hotspots.
  • Ability to balance part-time work with academic commitments, with availability for some evenings and weekends.
  • Passionate about the Red Bull brand and its products.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
