Join our dynamic team as a Campus Brand Ambassador, where you will play a crucial role in representing one of the most iconic brands in the world.
As a Campus Brand Ambassador, you will connect with the student community, enhancing brand visibility and product awareness on your campus. Your mission will be to engage new consumers, inspire university students, boost sales, and uphold the Red Bull brand image. This role involves direct interactions with consumers, facilitating product trials, and participating in events to create memorable experiences. We seek individuals who prefer a flexible work environment over traditional office hours and thrive in a creative atmosphere.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:
- Embodying the brand's personality and values, ensuring premium representation through daily interactions with consumers and clients.
Expanding the user base by promoting product trials and raising awareness of Red Bull through strategic sampling initiatives.
Developing and implementing a customized campus engagement plan that resonates with students and brings the brand to life.
Establishing and nurturing relationships with key local influencers and stakeholders.
Enhancing brand engagement on your social media platforms through authentic and engaging content.
Participating in Red Bull events and supporting activities to deliver unforgettable brand experiences. - Collaborating with local sales representatives to ensure Red Bull's presence and visibility in retail outlets.
Working with sales teams to identify and open new distribution points for Red Bull within the university and surrounding areas.
Utilizing Red Bull's marketing assets to maintain brand prominence in sales accounts.
Ensuring adherence to established store standards for product placement and visibility. - Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your role.
Sharing innovative ideas and collaborating with the team through regular communication.
Planning and documenting your activities using our dedicated online platform in a timely and accurate manner.
Contributing to the growth of the Red Bull media business by providing valuable local insights and identifying opportunities. - Currently enrolled at a university.
- Possessing a charismatic, energetic, and positive demeanor.
- Deeply integrated into student life with a comprehensive understanding of the university environment, including popular activities and hotspots.
- Capable of balancing part-time work with academic commitments, with availability for some evenings and weekends.
- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and its products.
- Holding a valid UK driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
