Job Summary

Lorien is seeking a highly experienced Electrical Property Inspector to join their team. As an Electrical Property Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical elements of the organization's non-housing property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and policies.
  • Perform repairs and minor planned works to electrical elements of the property portfolio.
  • Provide high-quality client services and customer-focused electrical inspectorate services.
  • Ensure accurate and effective compliance with construction, inspection, and maintenance policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the electrical services industry within the commercial services sector.
  • Qualifications: HNC or equivalent in a construction or services-related field.
  • Knowledge of current and relevant legislation and codes of practice.
  • Good communication and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient use of IT software such as CAFM systems, maintenance works ordering, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Contract management experience.
  • Current driving license.
  • Membership of a relevant trade body.
  • Additional relevant training and experience.
  • Corporate membership.
  • Knowledge of BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
