Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and committed Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users. You will be responsible for providing personal care, repositioning, and clinical observations, as well as supporting our service users to access activities that are meaningful to them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to our service users
  • Reposition and move service users safely and efficiently
  • Conduct clinical observations and report any concerns to the relevant team members
  • Support service users to access activities and engage in meaningful pursuits
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • 3 months' previous care experience
  • Medication Administration

Working Hours

We offer flexible working hours to suit your needs, including full-time and part-time options. Shifts are available on weeknights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Pay Rates

We offer competitive pay rates, including:

  • Weeknights: £15.50 per hour (£186 approx. per 12-hour shift)
  • Weekends: £16.00 per hour (£192 approx. per 12-hour shift)
  • Bank Holidays: £17.00 per hour (£204 approx. per 12-hour shift)
