Learning Support Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a lovely primary school in Windsor. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and their teachers in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
  • Assisting children with their understanding of teacher instructions.
  • Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
  • Tracking and recording pupil progress.
About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Year 6 pupil who has ASD and ADHD. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be valued as a vital team member and will be supported in your own individual success and well-being.
