We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Compass Corporate Services. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in leading our HR function and providing strategic support to our senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including holidays, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Support employee relations issues, utilizing external HR advisors to support the management team in resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Implement performance management systems to track employee performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation using our current HR system.
- Partner with management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management, legislative changes, and recommend changes or improvements as needed.
- Assist in the development of our e-learning platform to improve performance, understanding, and competency of all team members throughout the group.
- Assist in the creation of digital learning solutions and take ownership for the development of our training content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a similar role within a dental or healthcare environment.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within a HR function.
- Good understanding of HR processes and GDPR regulations.
- Flexible and professional approach to work with the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive personal data.
