Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead and manage a team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facilities needs are met
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
