Pastoral Support Worker

Bridge House Independent School in Boston, Lincolnshire, is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Mentor to work with our Secondary age children. Our school provides a supportive and nurturing environment, focusing on the future success of our students who have faced challenges in mainstream education due to their Social, Emotional, or Mental-Health needs.

About the Role:

As a Pastoral Mentor, you will be part of a collaborative team, working together to provide a safe and inclusive environment for our students to thrive.
