Customer Service Sales Executive

Scantec Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Customer Service Sales Executive to support the sales office function and manage sales orders for UK trade and wholesale customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth delivery of products and monitor UK wholesaler and direct to trade payments.
  • Support the sales office by providing administrative resources and enabling effective sales operations.
  • Enter orders onto the NAV/CRM system.
  • Provide national accounts administrative support, including presentations and day-to-day activities.

As a Customer Service Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer and consumer enquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will need to have good IT skills, including Office 365, PowerPoint, and NAV, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
