We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our Universal Business Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and support future expansion plans.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Coach managers in all aspects of people management
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Take responsibility for and oversee all aspects of HR administration
• Support the recruitment and selection process and coach people leaders in making excellent hiring decisions
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Support training needs analysis and advise the business on training
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Degree in Human Resources or related field or possessing/studying CIPD qualifications
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Demonstrable experience with HR best practice and labor law

• Salary between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
• Monday-Friday 7.30am-4.30pm
