Administration Director

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team at Briar Hill House, a residential and nursing care home for 36 residents. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the home, with a focus on customer service, finance, recruitment, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Home Manager in ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Manage data effectively, with attention to detail.
• Submit payroll information to our central support office and maintain accurate records of resident and MHA assets.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to improve the quality of care and services.

About the Role:

This is a fixed-term contract for 9 months, starting in January 2025, to cover maternity leave. As an Administration Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a strong focus on customer service and resident care.
