As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care and support to service users undergoing treatment for severe mental health conditions.

Proficiency in Welsh is preferred for this position, but applications from both English and Welsh speakers are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve supporting the delivery of health care services to individuals experiencing long-term mental health issues in a rehabilitation inpatient setting.
As a post holder, you will be responsible for executing specific elements of the service users' care plans as directed by registered nurses, often working independently.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Guiding and supervising junior staff members, providing necessary advice and support.
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of a registered nurse.
- Delivering health care in accordance with the Care and Treatment framework.
- Offering support to service users both individually and in group settings within the inpatient environment.
- Managing your own workload and ensuring safety with guidance from Registered Nurses.
- Engaging in professional development through the Knowledge Skills Framework.
