We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at TPP Recruitment. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in deepening connections with our supporters and local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional fundraising strategies to increase our supporter base across our six-county region.
  • Oversee the expansion of our Community Hub initiative, driving innovative projects and forging strong community links.
  • Work closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and wider team to maximise opportunities and reach in our local communities.
  • Support and train volunteers, offering tailored stewardship to enhance their engagement with our organisation.

Requirements
