PMO - CLM Programme Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Programme team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the programme's programme management function, providing administrative support, tracking progress, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring programme documentation is up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CLM Programme Director and programme team
  • Track programme progress and monitor KPIs
  • Ensure programme documentation is up to date and accurate
  • Support the programme team in delivering the programme on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager on a transformation programme
  • Knowledge and experience of working with CLM or Legal Ops
  • Experience with project management tools and software (Smartsheet experience preferable)
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
