Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Category Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for providing category support across various sections, including Filled activity, Converting and pack out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide category support across various sections, including Filled activity, Converting and pack out.
  • Specialize in Converting & Pack Out Services, working with third-party manufacturing and hard goods.
  • Identify cost reduction efforts and implement innovative procurement best practices, all while minimizing product and process costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, including supplier selection, leading negotiations, and effectively managing complex supplier relationships.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and working capital goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience in procurement, especially with contract manufacturers.
  • Strong negotiation skills, project management experience, and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen and comfort with conducting business analytics.
  • Fluent English and proficiency in Excel and managing large data sets.
  • Experience in a manufacturing organization (preferred).
