Connells Group HQ is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage vehicle-related notifications, including speeding and parking fines, in accordance with authority deadlines.
  • Coordinate the processing of leavers with company cars, ensuring all necessary deductions are made and HR and Payroll are notified.
  • Administer all general vehicle-related tasks, including car allocation forms, additional drivers, MOTs, and vehicle transfers.
  • Manage insurance claims and update the insurance database, advising MDs of accidents and requesting deductions as required.
  • Process damage recharges and employee deductions, ensuring all necessary documentation is maintained.
  • Coordinate the ordering and return of hire/pre-contract cars, ensuring all necessary administration is completed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lease companies and main dealers to ensure 'best value' and service levels are achieved.
  • Assist in the monthly sign-off of leasing and fleet maintenance invoices.
  • Support the Group Fleet Manager in any required areas of the fleet's operation.
