Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced LGV CE Class 1 Day Tramper to join our team at YATES HAULAGE LTD. As a Day Tramper, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various distribution hubs and general haulage locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a 24 Reg Scania 460 vehicle to transport goods and materials to distribution hubs and general haulage locations.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and members of the transport team to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

  • Valid LGV CE Class 1 license.
  • Experience in general haulage and distribution.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.
