About the Role

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to an individual with a brain injury, mild intellectual disorder, epilepsy, organic personality disorder, and speech impairment. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting the individual with their mobility and daily living activities
  • Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times
  • Communicating effectively with the individual and other team members

Requirements

We are looking for an individual who is resilient, reliable, and empathetic, with experience in the healthcare sector and supporting clients with mobility care. You must be able to commute to the Gosport area and be available to work 12-hour shifts.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 - £14.50 and a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in someone's life.
