JSS Search is excited to collaborate with a rapidly expanding, mid-sized Private Equity organization.
This role encompasses a comprehensive fund finance function within a streamlined setting, allowing the selected candidate to grow both horizontally and vertically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting reviews of quarterly and annual financial statements for multiple funds, including specific deal and carry entities.
- Coordinating with the deal team to support the transaction process, addressing funding, legal, and foreign exchange considerations.
- Assisting in the provision of fund data to the Investor Relations team for presentations to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with fund administrators and the Investor Relations team to ensure timely updates to the investor portal.
- Preparing monthly Internal Rate of Returns (IRRs) for the portfolio, funds, and investors.
- Managing the preparation and review of annual tax obligations for the UK, US, and Germany.
- Engaging with outsourced fund administrators.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- ACA qualified with first-time passes and a strong academic background.
- Experience in Private Equity or Fund Auditing.
- Capable of managing short- and medium-term projects to meet critical deadlines.
- Able to work autonomously and enjoys exploring technical issues, while recognizing when to seek further assistance.
- Confident in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
