In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of the currency exchange bureau. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring each client feels valued, while managing the daily operations of the bureau. You will work towards enhancing its visibility and generating new business opportunities to meet established targets and KPIs. Collaborating with your team, you will leverage social media, events, and maintain strong relationships with current clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the financial success of the currency exchange bureau Meeting specified currency exchange targets, including set KPIs Converting clients into currency exchange customers Maximizing both individual and team sales of foreign currency Delivering exceptional customer service consistently Assisting with the daily operations of the bureau Enhancing the bureau's visibility and generating new business leads Utilizing social media to promote offers and engage customers Capitalizing on all opportunities by adhering to the currency exchange sales framework Monitoring local competitors and managing rates and margins effectively Keeping track of foreign currency stock levels and ensuring minimum quantities are maintained Conducting accurate cash reconciliation and banking Minimizing risks and mitigating errors Actively participating in the daily operations of the branch and supporting travel colleagues with administrative tasks Ensuring the security of the bureau Willingness to engage in training for personal development Complying with company policies and procedures Undertaking any additional duties that may arise Adhering to all company policies, including health and safety regulations Treating all employees, customers, and suppliers with respect and dignity This job description is intended to highlight the primary responsibilities and is not an exhaustive list of all duties associated with the role.
