Job Overview
Deliver a comprehensive and high-quality specialist secretarial and administrative service to the Specialist Matron and specialist nursing teams, ensuring the smooth running of the department and providing support to the service.
Coordinate the Strategic Groups across the Health Board, including Medical Consultants and External experts, to facilitate the exchange of information and expertise.
Provide a safe and efficient service, providing triage information and appropriate support to patients, clinical teams, carers, and internal and external agencies.
