Job Summary:

The Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Communications Lead to join our Strategic Communications and Media team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our internal communications and engagement strategy, working closely with colleagues across the organization to support our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communications and engagement strategies to promote our mission, values, and goals.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the organization to support the development and implementation of our internal communications and engagement plans.
  • Manage and maintain our internal communications platforms, including our intranet and email systems.
  • Develop and implement event management plans to support our internal communications and engagement goals.
  • Provide excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to support our senior leaders and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of internal communications management, including change management communications planning.
  • Management of an intranet or internal communications platform.
  • Management of events.
  • Excellent communication skills and effective management of senior stakeholders.
