We are seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing a range of Structure packages on the HS2 project in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial management of large-scale civils packages on HS2
  • Manage all aspects of project finances, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage subcontractor accounts
  • Provide strategic commercial advice to the project team
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:
