The Role:
We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant kitchen brigade. In this role, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food quality and presentation meet our high standards. Collaborating closely with the Head Chef, you will help design and implement menus that showcase our dedication to culinary artistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu design, stock management, and staff development.
- Guarantee the consistent production of high-quality dishes that align with our premium dining ethos.
- Lead and inspire kitchen personnel, cultivating a positive and efficient work environment.
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and organization in the kitchen, complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Contribute innovative ideas and seasonal ingredients to menu creation.
- Oversee kitchen activities in the absence of the Head Chef.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-end dining establishment.
