Key Responsibilities- Support mortgage advisors with high levels of business, ensuring a busy pipeline of cases to assist with.
- Process mortgage applications, protection applications, and chase solicitors as required.
- Update clients and estate agents on the status of mortgage applications.
- Complete all relevant compliance paperwork.
- 1+ years' experience in a property-related role, such as property, lettings, mortgages, or conveyancing.
- Organized problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
- Good practical understanding of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Long established financial services firm offering wealth planning and mortgage advice to new and existing clients. They have built a successful business through providing personal, quality, and tailored advice to each client.
Benefits- Salary of up to £26,000.
- Discretionary bonus.
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays and pension.
- Working hours of 9am - 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch – Monday to Friday.
- Working at their office in Chatham.
