About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled SEO professional to join our team at Visualsoft Ltd as the Head of SEO and Digital Growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive organic growth and lead SEO strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive client strategies across all SEO disciplines, including strategy, content, technical, and PR & outreach teams.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of SEO professionals, including strategists, content writers, PR & outreach specialists, and technical SEO experts.
  • Collaborate closely with other marketing and technical departments to ensure the successful implementation of SEO campaigns that drive traffic, enhance search rankings, and achieve our clients' organic objectives.
  • Take overall accountability for our SEO client portfolio and stay at the forefront of evolving tech and strategy.
  • Utilize the latest 'best in class' technology and leverage partnerships to drive excellence in SEO.
  • Provide exceptional expertise and customer service to our clients.

Requirements

  • Extensive and proven experience at a senior level within a digital agency, specialising in SEO.
  • Extensive experience of SEO management, including strategy development and implementation.
  • Solid expertise in external SEO platforms and tools, analytics, forecasting, and measurement.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies that drive significant results.
  • Management of a specialist team with the ability to lead, grow, and adapt.
  • Deep understanding of SEO tools and platforms.
  • Client-facing experience at a senior level, including strategy presentation skills.
