MEPH Manager Junior Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled MEPH Manager Junior to join our team at FBR Construction Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating MEPH projects, working closely with our MEPH team to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate MEPH projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with the MEPH team to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements:
  • CSCS certification and management ticket required.
  • First aid certification and IT skills essential.
  • Experience in MEPH coordination and project management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
