About the Role

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Head of Children and Families Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our children and families services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve outcomes for children and families
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective partnership working and integration of services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure high-quality services are delivered
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A social work qualification and SSSC registration
  • Proven experience in leading integrated delivery and developing strong people-focused cultures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to inspire and motivate staff to deliver high-quality services
