Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft exceptional user experiences for web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless navigation and intuitive interactions.
  • Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, and translate this knowledge into actionable insights that inform product development.
  • Develop and iterate on prototypes based on user feedback, ensuring that our software meets the evolving needs of our users.
  • Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to bring products to life, leveraging your expertise in user research and information architecture to create engaging and user-friendly experiences.
  • Leverage your knowledge of user research methodologies to inform product decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a UX Design role, with a proven track record of delivering MVPs and using customer feedback to shape product direction.
  • A strong understanding of user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
