Senior Financial Analyst

Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain medium and long-term strategic planning models to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct financial due diligence for potential acquisitions and provide recommendations to the Board.
  • Evaluate financial reports and company fundamentals to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses to support business planning.
  • Collaborate with legal, tax, and accounting teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide insights on risk assessment and mitigation strategies to minimize financial risk.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with strong technical reporting skills.
  • Experience in large company audit and advanced Excel and modelling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels.
What We Offer:
  • A highly competitive salary in the region of £90,000 to £100,000.
