We are in search of a skilled Pizza Sous Chef to become a part of our team at Soho Farmhouse . Your primary duty will be to guarantee that the culinary offerings provided to our members and guests meet the highest standards of quality. This encompasses food preparation prior to service, organizing and stocking kitchen stations, and plating dishes according to company specifications.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a bustling, high-profile kitchen in a comparable senior position
  • A collaborative team player with effective communication skills
  • Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
  • A sense of urgency in task execution
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine enthusiasm for food and beverage
  • Flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts as needed
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be capable of seizing, grasping, turning, and holding objects by hand
  • Ability to remain on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours
  • Occasionally required to kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as necessary
Expected Working Hours for Pizza Sous Chef:
  • Shifts will vary throughout the week, including evenings, weekends, and both opening and closing shifts
  • Average working hours range from 32 to 45 hours per week
