We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Payroll Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's invoicing and reconciliations, processing end-to-end payroll for employees, and administering statutory payments.
Key Responsibilities- Process monthly payroll on Sage Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Administer new starters and leavers, including P45s and P60s, and manage statutory payments, including SSP, SMP, and SPP.
- Process purchase and sales ledger transactions, reconcile bank statements, and prepare reports and journal entries.
- Manage pension submissions to HMRC and maintain accurate records.
- Proven experience in processing weekly and monthly payroll, including statutory payments and pension submissions.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Sage Payroll/Sage 50, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
