About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer - MEP to join our team. As a key member of our consult business, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design solutions for CAPEX projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Manage and deliver engineering contracts, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to improve design solutions and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in MEP design engineering, with a strong understanding of regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent technical skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles and knowledge across different disciplines.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
