Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Volunteer Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain volunteers, ensuring that our programs and services are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement volunteer engagement strategies to increase volunteer participation and retention
  • Recruit, train, and support volunteers to ensure they have a positive and rewarding experience
  • Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to identify volunteer opportunities and develop volunteer roles
  • Monitor and evaluate volunteer engagement metrics to inform program development and improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
