About the Role

Able Bridge Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting regional depots in the credit management of their clients, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support to depots in offering advice and guidance on client debtor balances to ensure both depot and client are aware of credit limits.
  • Review client credit limits and provide information to managed depots to prevent exceeding limits.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of delivery notes and invoices to client accounts through the ERP system.
  • Resolve client queries and reconcile client accounts to ensure allocated money received correlates to correct invoices and delivery notes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of credit control experience in the UK.
  • Experience working with various business sizes and industries, including manufacturing, construction, and FMCG.
