Job Description

Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to support our team in the EU/UK region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with HRD to develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the EU/UK region.
  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, screening calls, and interviews.
  • Utilize various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates, including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.
  • Collaborate with the HR Coordinator to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and logins.
  • Coordinate and schedule 1:1 meetings and training sessions.
  • Provide monthly updates to company leadership on talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Communicate regularly with the HR department to ensure alignment with company hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Research compensation benchmarks to ensure competitiveness.
  • Support other HR programs and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter (1-2 years).
  • Professional Human Resources certification preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
