**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Project Delivery:**
    • Be accountable for the delivery of work scopes to budget and schedule through Define/Execute, Construction, Commissioning (as required) and Close-out phases.
    • Establish scopes of work, estimates, budgets, and schedules for engineering modifications for approval by the Delivery Manager and client.
  • **Project Planning and Coordination:**
    • Prepare required initiation budgets through collaboration with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams.
    • Issue work scope estimates and schedules to the client.
    • Coordinate the work of Project Engineers.
  • **Project Support:**
    • Organize kick-off meetings for initiation and execution phases of the work.
    • Attend 12-week planning meetings.
    • Support the Delivery Manager in preparing resource lookaheads for issue to Engineering and Construction for resourcing purposes.
  • **Performance Management:**
    • Assist with performance appraisals and salary reviews for delivery staff assigned to the contract.
  • **Client Relationship Management:**
    • Act as the client's primary focal point for cross-project issues.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a Project Management capacity.
  • Significant experience in brownfield modification projects.
  • Understanding of the decommissioning process.
  • Degree Qualification in a relevant engineering subject.
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Commercial awareness.
