Job Overview

As a Senior Brand Manager at CHASE, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch of a new oncology drug in the UK. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, Oncology for the UK, you will be responsible for driving the execution of the pan-European Launch Strategy, including the development and implementation of pre-launch and launch marketing strategies and tactics within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and adoption in the UK market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of launch plans
  • Design and implement highly effective marketing tactics across various channels, including integrated digital solutions
  • Proactively drive and lead the brand planning process to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Work closely with the UK commercial and medical teams, as well as European marketing functions, to drive operationalization of brand strategy

Requirements:

  • Experience in launching new drugs in the UK, from pre-Marketing Authorisation to post-Marketing Authorisation
  • Strong understanding of the NHS across the UK
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and executing marketing strategies across various channels
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Excellent team working, communication, engagement, and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in Oncology and/or medicines funded by Specialist Commissioning
  • Proven knowledge of key customers and influencers in Oncology in the UK
