Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our team at KFS Recruitment. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our paraplanners and IFAs, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive administrative support to our paraplanners and IFAs, including preparing and processing documentation for new and existing clients.
- Manage cases utilizing our various CRM portals and provider platforms, ensuring all compiled files meet compliance requirements.
- Handle incoming queries from internal staff, clients, and external providers via email and telephone, providing exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with product providers and other third parties, promoting our company's services in a professional and FCA-compliant manner.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry.
- GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) - graded C or above.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and analyze financial and non-financial data.
- Experience in communicating with and managing expectations with clients.
- Desire to learn and develop.
- High level of initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Literate with MS products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Discretionary annual bonus.
