Job Title: Administrator - Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)

Our client, a reputable financial services company, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team. As an Independent Financial Adviser, you will play a crucial role in providing expert financial advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cases using various CRM portals and provider platforms
  • Handle incoming queries from internal staff, clients, and external providers via email and telephone
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry is required
  • GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) - graded C or above is required
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial and non-financial data is required
  • Literate with MS products including Outlook, Word, and Excel is required
  • Prior experience working with CRMs/online portals such as Intelliflo Office is desired
