Job Summary

Cpl Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Device Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Assist in the planning and execution of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with budget, scope, and schedule requirements.
    • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Project Monitoring and Control
    • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as necessary.
    • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, marketing, manufacturing, and regulatory departments.
  • Quality and Risk Management
    • Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that they are managed and controlled effectively.

Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
