Position Overview

The Overnight Hospitality Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel during nighttime hours. This position is essential for maintaining guest satisfaction and upholding the high standards associated with the Hotel du Vin brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Relations: Welcome guests with a warm and accommodating demeanor, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
  • Facility Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including preparing meeting and event spaces for the following day.
  • Assistance: Provide support to guests with their luggage and address any inquiries they may have.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct nightly audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Food & Beverage Oversight: Manage the Food & Beverage Department during night hours, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, with a strong emphasis on night shift work.
