At Fox & Sons, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent to join our residential lettings team in Hampshire. As a Lettings Property Lister, you'll play a crucial role in winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to build rapport with customers, ensuring every interaction is friendly, positive, and enthusiastic. You'll be responsible for generating new business in a target-driven environment, utilizing your excellent customer care and communication skills.

Requirements
  • Estate agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Lettings Negotiator
  • Able to work in a target-driven environment and generate new business
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license
