Position: Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer

Location: Covering Oxford, Windsor, Basingstoke, and Thatcham (occasional work in London with train fares covered)

Salary: £43,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

On-Call Rota: 1 in 5

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves travelling to various client sites across Oxford, Windsor, Basingstoke, and Thatcham, with occasional trips to London (train fares covered). You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment within commercial office environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and reactive maintenance on a variety of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building fabric.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 5) to provide emergency support outside regular working hours.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, preferably in a commercial office setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to travel across the designated areas and occasionally to London.
