Job Title: Asset & Wealth Management Marketing Associate

Join Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a Marketing Associate and play a key role in shaping the marketing strategies for our ETF investment capabilities. As a member of the Asset Management Marketing team, you will work closely with investment teams to define product positioning, develop narratives, and create compelling marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to build awareness and affinity for our ETF investment capabilities.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to create product-specific marketing collateral, including emails, presentations, and publications.
  • Partner with the AM Marketing team to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns and programs, leveraging a range of channels and tactics to maximize effectiveness.
  • Measure and report on the impact of marketing efforts, delivering clear Marketing Return on Investment (MROI) and adjusting the marketing approach as necessary to optimize impact.
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and procedural guidelines for all marketing communications.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a leading financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of the asset management industry, including clients, products, regulations, and competitors.
  • Experience working with data-heavy collateral and a range of marketing mediums, including digital, social, and collateral.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with partners at all levels.
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field.
