About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join our Asset Management Team, which has a strong reputation in the sector and has enjoyed significant success at trial defending claims on behalf of Social Landlords.

The main focus of this role will be defending litigated housing conditions claims, managing a caseload of litigated housing conditions claims, and supervising junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defending litigated housing conditions claims

  • Delivering excellent quality and service to clients
Requirements

We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a Social Housing team, ideally having represented Registered Providers / Local Authorities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting claims to trial, ambition and a real interest in the social housing sector, and enthusiasm about delivering excellent quality and service to clients.
