Role Overview:

The Client Engagement Coordinator is pivotal in managing the overall communication strategy for Non Part VII initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various business and functional leaders to ensure that messaging is effectively aligned with broader client communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of Non Part VII communications.
  • Assist Business and Functional Leaders in synchronizing messaging across different phases, ensuring coherence with overarching client communications.
  • Facilitate the approval process for communications, engaging with Legal, Compliance, and other relevant departments through a newly established Communications Working Group.
  • Maintain and update the Non Part VII Communications Analysis Tracker and associated plans.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to guarantee consistency in messaging.
  • Organize and manage the distribution of communications to clients through appropriate channels.

Quality Assurance:

  • Coordinate the development of Resource Management and Scheme Helpline Agents Toolkits, working with stakeholders to define content and finalize messaging.
  • Support Pillar Leaders in identifying training needs and ensuring consistent messaging throughout the program.
  • Recognize and address future training requirements as the program evolves.

Management Information and Communication Journey:

  • Design the communication journey and manage MI tracking throughout the lifecycle of communications.
  • Establish necessary controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting across the communication journey.
  • Develop and present Management Information for internal and regulatory stakeholders.
