About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caretaker to join our team at Brize Meadow Lodge. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our luxury home, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular audits and maintenance tasks to ensure the home is in good condition
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Provide technical support and advice to colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest standards of care and service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and kind approach to working with residents and colleagues
