About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caretaker to join our team at Brize Meadow Lodge. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our luxury home, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out regular audits and maintenance tasks to ensure the home is in good condition
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Conduct housekeeping and cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Provide technical support and assistance to residents and colleagues as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the home
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in maintenance, building, and DIY
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A kind and compassionate approach to working with residents and colleagues
