Pensions Administrator

As a key member of our Pensions Operations team at Equiniti, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administration services to our clients. This includes maintaining accurate and compliant pension records, processing routine and non-routine documentation, and resolving customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Provide administration services to customers as per Service Level Agreement
- Maintain up-to-date filing and records for the department, ensuring the integrity of customer data
- Process a wide range of documentation within defined procedures
- Resolve customer enquiries based on competent working knowledge of customer requirements
- Draft non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiries
- Input customer details and access customer information
- Collate and analyse data to produce routine reports, schedules, and summaries
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and customer service
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong numeracy and literacy skills, as well as the ability to develop working relationships and work within laid-down processes and procedures. Previous experience in a financial or pensions environment is desirable, but not essential.
